Are you an experienced Deputy Manager within Fine Dining Restaurants or 5* Hotels? Are you focussed on giving a 5* level of service at all times? If the answers are yes, then I want to hear from you.

I am recruiting for a stunning site in the City. The focus is on fine dining and first-class service, providing a Michelin experience at all times. As the Deputy Manager you will lead and inspire a dedicated team of 20 to deliver the very best standards as well as looking at the business strategy, working with the team to drive the business forward.

The ideal Deputy Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge;

·        Experience in either Fine Dining Restaurants or 5* Hotels

·        Worked within a Michelin/ Multi-Rosette establishment

·        A Hands-on approach and leads by example

·        Strong wine knowledge, ideally with your WSET qualification
