Deputy General Manager - Contract Catering - £40k

Are you an experienced Deputy General Manager within the retail/ staff dining environment, looking to take join a site where you will be developed into the next General Manager? Do you put quality at the forefront of everything you do? If the answers are yes, then I want to hear from you.
I am recruiting for a commercial B&I contract in Canary Wharf with an annual turnover of £4m which incorporates an extensive retail offer, consisting of multiple outlets, catering offer for the 6000 staff in the building.
As Deputy General Manager you will lead and inspire a team of 45 to deliver the very best standards as well as looking at the business strategy, working with the team to drive the business forward.
The ideal Deputy General Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge;
· Experience in contract catering, with a strong focus on counter service restaurants
· A Hands on approach
· Managed teams of up to 30 people
· Commercially aware and the ability to increase sales
· Financially aware and worked with a P&L in the region of £2m+
