As the Deputy General Manager, you will support the smooth running of the contract with an annual turnover in excess of £5m. You will lead an inspire a team of up to 50 in this multi-faceted venue, consisting of multiple retail outlets and Hospitality, meeting and event space.
The ideal Deputy General Manager will also have the following experience/ skills;
· Working within a senior management role for a minimum of 3 years.
· Extensive catering knowledge with a strong focus of sales and marketing
· Managed teams of 40+
· High attention to detail and passionate about 5* service delivery
· Commercially savvy with a proven track record of increasing revenue
