Chef Manager - Healthcare Catering - £37,500

I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef Manager for a care home in Worcestershire.

As the Chef Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 6 staff, ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal Chef Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        A strong Craft background, ideally within the care sector

·        Extensive knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements

·        A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures

·        Strong people management skills

Please note that this is predominantly a Monday to Friday role, but you must be willing to work occasional weekends, as the business dictates – usually 1 in 4.
