Chef Manager - Guildford, Surrey - 45k

My client is a contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager for one of their B&I sites in Guildford, Surrey.

For this Chef Manager role, they require someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Chef Manager within contract catering

• Experience managing a team of FOH and BOH staff

• Strong understanding of food allergens and health & safety

• Good financial understanding of P&L, budgeting and forecasting

• The desire to grow within a forward thinking company

All candidates applying for this Chef Manager role must have been in a Chef Manager role within contract catering in the last year.
