Are you a Chef Manager currently looking for a new challenge?

My client is a leading contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager to be based at one of their independent schools in Redhill, Surrey.

I am looking for a strong Chef Manager who has the following:

​

  • Experience within a Chef Manager role

  • Ability to manage a small team

  • Good financials, budgeting and costing

  • A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

  • Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

  • The desire to grow within this forward thinking company
