​Chef Manager - Surrey - £55k

I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef Manager for a B&I catering contract in Guildford. My client is a leading Caterer and are looking for a dynamic Chef Manager to join their team. The kitchen caters for up to 600 covers and operate a breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

As the Chef Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 10 staff, ensuring consistent food quality, development and management of the team. You will be responsible for the food offering across the staff restaurant and busy events department, as well as being financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal Chef Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        A hands on Chef Manager who leads by example

·        Experience within B&I – both staff dining and hospitality

·        A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures

·        Fantastic people management skills
