My client is a contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie for their private members club in Mayfair, London.

​

This is a Monday-Friday, 40 hours role.

​

I am looking for a candidate who has:

​

• Experience at a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef level

• The ability to work in a fast paced environment

• A strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

• A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

​

All candidates applying for this Chef de Partie role must have been in a similar position within the last year.
