My client is a contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie in Central London.

​

For this Chef de Partie role, you will need to have:

​

  • A background in contract catering or premium casual dining at a Chef de Partie level

  • Your finger on the pulse of the latest food trends

  • The desire to be front of house showcasing your food

  • The ability to create innovative menus

  • Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

  • A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

​

All candidates applying for this Chef de Partie role must have been in a similar position within the last year and be from a contract catering or premium casual dining background.
