My client is a leading B&I contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie in Canary Wharf, London.

​

For this Chef de Partie role, you will need to have:

​

  • A background in contract catering or premium casual dining at a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef level

  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety

  • A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce

​
