I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Catering Project Manager for a catering contract in Cambridge. My client is a looking for a dynamic Manager to initially lead on the opening of a brand new catering facility, before becoming part of the senior management team to continuously drive the business forward.

As the Catering Project Manager, you will be working on multiple projects, ensuring consistent food quality, driving innovation and development of the food offer, combined with immaculate service delivery. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal Catering Project Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        A strong background in Contract Catering

·        Mobilisation or Refurbishment project experience

·        A real multi-tasker who can really prioritise a demanding work load

·        Strong people management skills
