​Catering Operations Manager - Contract Catering - £50k

I am currently looking to recruit a Catering Operations Manager for my client's site based in Cambridge. This role requires someone with a strong contract catering background and a passion for developing the business.

My client is one of the UK’s leading Contract Caterers and are recruiting for this busy, fast paced site where they caterer for approximately 2000 covers daily. As the Catering Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 60 staff ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        Currently at a management level within Contract Catering

·        Experience within the Independent school or B&I sectors

·        A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures

·        Strong client relationships and exceptional stakeholder management
