Catering Manager - Surrey - £40-50k

As the Catering Manager, you will oversee the smooth running of the catering business with an annual turnover in excess of £4m. You will lead an inspire a team of up to 50 in this multi-faceted venue, consisting of three retail outlets, with occasional hospitality.

The ideal Catering Manager will also have the following experience/ skills;

·        Working within a management role for a minimum of 3 years.

·        Experience managing Coffee/ Deli Bars, Counter Service Restaurants and Events

·        High attention to detail and passionate about 5* service delivery
