​Catering Manager - Contract Catering - £40k

I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Catering Manager for a private boarding school in the Brighton area.

My client is a leading independent Education Caterer and are looking for a dynamic Catering Manager to join their team. The kitchen cater for close to 2000 covers over a breakfast, lunch and supper service. You will be responsible for a team of 30 staff ensuring training, development and management.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        Currently at Catering Manager level

·        Have a proven background or experience within Contract Catering

·        Experience in managing fast paced restaurants in either school catering or B&I

·        A strong financial understanding and experience managing budgets

Please note that with the nature of the business, you will predominantly work Monday to Friday but will need to work weekends as required to suit the levels of business.
