I am recruiting for a contract in Canary Wharf with one of the UK’s leading Contract Caterers. The site incorporates a retail offering for the 8000 staff in the building, however your main focus will be overseeing the retail side of the business.

As Catering Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of 40 to deliver the very best standards as well as looking at the business strategy, working with the team to drive the business forward.

The ideal Catering Manager will have the following skills/ knowledge;

·        A strong retail/ staff dining background

·        A Hands on approach

·        Managed teams of up to 20 people

·        A passion for delivering 5* service standards, with the quality of food to match

·        Financially aware and worked with a P&L in the region of £4m
