​Catering Manager - West Sussex - £40k - 45 week contract

I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Catering Manager for my client's site based on the West Sussex/ Surrey border looking to take the next step in their career.

My client is a leading independent Education Caterer and are recruiting for this stunning day school, catering for 800 covers a day. As the Catering Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 20 staff ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        Currently at Catering Manager level

·        Have a proven background in contract catering

·        A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures

·        Willing to be involved in school activities and a strong background in events/ hospitality

·        Hold a current DBS

Working predominantly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends.
