​Catering Manager - Buckinghamshire - £35k

I am currently looking to recruit an experienced Catering Manager for my client's site based in Buckinghamshire.

My client is a leading Contract Caterer and are recruiting for this stunning day site, catering for 800 covers a day. As the Catering Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 15 staff ensuring training, development and management of the team. You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge

·        Currently at Catering Manager level

·        Have a proven background in contract catering

·        A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures

·        Confident with both retail and events/ hospitality

Working Monday to Friday
