I am recruiting for a Bar Manager for a premium restaurant in Leeds. You will be working in a high tempo and faced paced environment and be expected to have a strong product knowledge of both classic and in house cocktails. Within the role you will mix, shake, pour and create stunning drinks to specification using multiple different methods and techniques, all of which you will be fully trained on in house to ensure high standards are maintained. You will have a good understanding of the wide range of products which in turn will enable you to give the best experience to guests.
Responsibilities of this Bar Manager role are outlined below:
Overall responsibility for the smooth running and profitability of the Bar
To monitor all costs and recommend measures to control them
Implement effective training programs for your team members
To ensure that all team members report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform at all times
Ensure high standards are consistently delivered throughout the department, monitoring staff performance on a regular basis, developing and implementing action plans to address shortfalls
Plan, organise and supervise the day-to-day operation preparing rotas and jobs schedules for the staff to meet business needs
Select, train, coach and develop team members to meet current and future needs of the department
