I am currently recruiting for a Bar Manager for a unique venue in East Sussex. You will be responsible for all front and back of house operations, including cellar maintenance, wine and cocktail list development, operational standards and team management.

The ideal Bar Manager will have the following skills/ experience;

·        Currently working within a high volume venue in a Bar Manager role

·        Experience in running multiple bars within the same venue

·        WSET qualification

·        Strong operational and administration experience

Due to the location, you would need to have your own vehicle.
