Assistant Hospitality & Events Manager - Surrey - £32k
I am currently recruiting for an Assistant Hospitality & Events Manager within a venue near Woking. If you’re looking for a role within a contract that hosts a wide range of events from boardroom meetings and banqueting functions to elaborate drinks & canape receptions and fine dining dinners, then this is the role for you.
As the Assistant Hospitality & Events Manager you will lead an inspire a small team plus multiple casual/ agency staff to deliver the very best in service standards. I am looking for a Manager that doesn’t settle for 2nd best and thrives for perfection at all times.
The ideal Assistant Hospitality & Events Manager will have the following skills/ experience;
· Have worked within an Event Supervisory or Managerial role for a minimum of 2 years, with extensive operational experience
· Worked within hotel/ venue or a high-end event caterer
· Capabilities of running events for up to 100 people
· Flexible approach to running events and the ability to meet the clients demands to tight time frames
Please note this is an operational role, working predominantly Monday to Friday but with flexibility to work approximately 12 weekends per year.
