My client is one of the hospitality industry's most well known and respected brands and they are currently recruiting for an Assistant General Manager for their high volume restaurant in Central London.

For this Assistant General Manager role, they require someone who has:

​

• The capability to support the General Manager and deputise in their absence

• The ability to develop and nurture members of the team

• Experience of managing FOH staff

• High volume experience

• A strong financial acumen

• The desire to represent the brand and succeed within a fast paced environment
